Man Utd look to spend over 200 million pounds on Gakpo, De Jong and Bellingham

They are Cody Gakpo of PSV, Frenkie de Jong of Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham. The idea is to spend around 40 million pounds on the Eredivisie man and the rest on the other two.
