According to journalist Tancredi Palmeri, Manchester United have reportedly offered the head manager's job to Simone Inzaghi given the instability of the English team. However, the Inter Milan boss has rejected their offer outright.

Just three months after signing a contract extension, Ten Hag is fighting to save his job following a troubled start to the season.
Sunday's dismal 3-0 home defeat against Tottenham was compounded by a 3-3 draw at Porto in the Europa League on Thursday, with United needing Harry Maguire's goal in time added on to rescue a point after blowing a two-goal lead.
United are languishing in 13th place in the Premier League with only two wins from six games, just months after an eighth-place finish that ranked as the club's worst since 1990.
Such is the distrust of Ten Hag that the Red Devils' board has reportedly considered the possibility of a coaching change during the international break. Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri said the board contacted Simone Inzaghi to offer him the job.
However, the Italian coach is happy at Inter Milan and immediately rejected the offer. Since Ten Hag arrived at Old Trafford in the summer of 2022, United have recorded 69 wins, 21 draws and 34 defeats.
