Man Utd stars welcome Mason Mount

Manchester United players have been quick to react to the arrival of Mason Mount at Old Trafford. The first players to welcome the young Englishman were some of the dressing room heavyweights such as Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire.

Mason Mount's transfer has finally been announced by Manchester United. The England midfielder will play for the Red Devils until 2028 and Chelsea will receive £60m for the player.
No doubt the arrival of the former Blues player was eagerly awaited by many fans and even by some Mancunian players, such as Bruno Fernandes, who joked by uploading an Instagram story and welcoming the midfielder.
"Why did you take so long to sign? Welcome, Mason Mount" wrote the Portugal international, who will share the midfield at Old Trafford with the Red Devils' new signing.
Other important players in the dressing room such as Harry Maguire and Diogo Dalot also wanted to welcome the England international. "Welcome mate," wrote the centre-back alongside a photo of the two playing together for England. "Welcome to the family," wrote the Portuguese full-back, posting official United photos of Mount wearing the new kit.
In addition, the young English player has taken the legendary number 7 that was worn by Cristiano Ronaldo.
