Benfica are keen to spoil their striker's move to Manchester, as he is still under contract until 2026 and Rui Costa wants to keep his striker for another couple of years.
Ramos eventually replaced Cristiano Ronaldo in Portugal's matches at the World Cup and seems set to remain the main man in attack since Roberto Martinez's arrival in the national team.
