The Brazilian had come on for Manchester United at the 73rd minute to replace Marcus Rashford, but left the pitch less than 15 minutes later due to what looks like a serious injury.
Antony, who has been struggling to make his mark at the club, went down at the 85th minute and tried to resume the play after a couple of minutes, in which he was attended by the medics.
Nevertheless, he realised he could no longer make it, as he requested manager Ten Hag to substitue him immediately. The player was escorted out with a stretcher while Man United ended their game at Istanbul with a draw.
Confirmation regarding the extent of Antony's injury is yet to arrive, as the 24-year-old awaits to be assessed by Manchester United in the coming days. Antony has only started one game and counts only one goal this season for the Red Devils.
