Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will be without Antony for a tricky trip to the London Stadium to face West Ham in the Premier League matchday 9 fixture.
The Brazilian was introduced for the final 20 minutes of the Red Devils' Europa League tie against Fenerbahce. However, just 17 minutes after coming on, he was stretchered off.
According to a fitness update from the Mancunian club, the former Ajax player suffers from a sprained ankle and will therefore not be available for the match against the Hammers. However, the English club did not specify when he could return to action.
Antony has fallen down the pecking order this season, having made just 5 appearances, 1 of which was a start, scoring just 1 goal and providing no assists.
