Mario Balotelli offered to Intercity

Third tier Spanish side Intercity are reportedly looking to bring Mario Balotelli into the team, according to 'COPE Alicante', and later on confirmed by 'EFE'.
The 34-year-old striker is currently without a club after spending the previous season with Turkish side Adana Demirspor. Before that, the Italian international played for multiple top European clubs, with the likes of Inter Milan, Man City, AC Milan and Liverpool in his resume.
The striker was offered to the club from Alicante, which competes in the Primera Division RFEF, via an intermediate source. Intercity are seriously considering the move as, from a media perspective, despite the fact that he is approaching the end of the road as a professional footballer, Balotelli remains a player of international magnitude that would bring in attention of the press to the Spanish side.
Sources close to the club have suggested that while Intercity are key on the move, they want to first be sure of the player's fitness conditions and ability to contribute to the team. Should Intercity decide to throw themselves at Balotelli, they will have to drop one player from their team as they already have a full squad.
