While he was linked with Ajax, Noussair Mazraoui was all but set to play next season at West Ham. However, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, some differences with his agent have broken the agreement that had already been reached between club and player. Now, Manchester United are showing interest.

Noussair Mazraoui will not stay at Bayern. The right-back is part of the Bavarian side's extensive squad renewal plan, but the question is where he will end up playing. Until a matter of hours ago, the German club had closed his move to the Premier League, but the transfer has fallen through due to the intervention of his agent.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, everything was in place for Mazraoui to be transferred to West Ham United. The two clubs had already agreed on a sale worth 15.5 million euros plus a further four million euros in variable payments, and the 26-year-old himself had apparently accepted the English side's financial offer.
However, differences with his agent have led the Hammers to end negotiations for his services. As a result, he is still on the list of Manchester United, where he would return to his former coach Erik ten Hag, who already got the best out of him in Amsterdam.
The English side need to reinforce their defence as Diogo Dalot had to cover Luke Shaw's injury on the right flank for months and Aaron Wan-Bissaka continues to make serious mistakes at the back that condemn them.
