It was one of the longest transfer sagas in football history, but Kylian Mbappe (25) finally signed for Real Madrid, who confirmed the deal on Monday.
The striker signed for five seasons, until 30th June 2029, and already has a new home. In recent months, the French international and his entourage have been evaluating the available properties in La Moraleja and Pozuelo de Alarcon, finally the chosen one, located in the latter area, has been the mansion that until now belonged to Gareth Bale.
The property has a plot of 3,000 square metres and around 1,100 built metres, distributed as follows: large kitchen, several living rooms, 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms (8 of them en suite), cinema room, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna.
In addition, Mbappe will have a large garage with capacity for 7 cars, a football and basketball pitch and an extra luxury. As ‘OK Diario’ revealed, this residence is the only one with its own golf course, as Bale is very passionate about the sport.
As expected, the palace has impressive security measures: double perimeter gates, facial recognition cameras, an alarm system connected to the police and security guards patrolling the area 24 hours a day.
The former PSG player has bought the mansion, which has modern lines with large windows and minimalist style, for 11 million euros. He has achieved a significant reduction from the initial price, which was around 13 million according to the aforementioned source.
Fayza Lamari, mother and representative of the new Real Madrid star, will live very close by: the player has rented a house, more modest than his own, in the exclusive area.
