Didier Deschamps is clear that when Kylian Mbappe opens his goal account in La Liga, he will not stop scoring. “He has always scored and will continue to do so,” he commented. He understands that he simply needs to adapt to the team. “He has great players in the squad, but it is imperative that he learns new automatisms,” he said.

On Thursday, France coach Didier Deschamps was confident that Les Bleus star Kylian Mbappe will strike again with his new club Real Madrid.
"He has always scored goals and will continue to do so," Deschamps told the press conference at which he announced the squad for the Nations League matches against Italy and Belgium (6 and 9 September respectively), including Mbappe.
Although Mbappe scored a goal in his first official match for the Madrid side, in the European Super Cup final against Atalanta, he has yet to make his debut in the first two La Liga games.
Deschamps said that the French star has to integrate with his new team-mates, "and although they are great players, it is essential to learn new automatism".
He insisted that Mbappe must adapt to a new club and its organisation. However, he assured that he has seen him well and that the player "has everything" to succeed at Real Madrid.
Real Madrid play their third La Liga game tonight, away to Las Palmas, and the French player will try to start his goal tally in the Spanish competition.
