"Mbappe is not a forward like me"

The start of the 2024/25 season is getting closer and closer. Teams are already in the midst of pre-season in search of optimum form before the start of La Liga, which will feature a new attraction, none other than Kylian Mbappe.
Robert Lewandowski spoke about the arrival of arguably the best player in the world in Spain during Barcelona's training camp in the United States: "I'm not sure Mbappe is a forward like me. He plays in a different position and has a different style. For us it's a new motivation, a new season.
"Last season was not good for us and for me in particular, but we are Barcelona and we have to step up. Not only me, but also as a team. If we play as a team, in the end we can win. We know that if we play well from start to finish, we can get good results," he continued.
"Real Madrid won La Liga and the Champions League. That's football, if you can't win one year, prepare for the next in the best possible way and believe that you can go on to win titles. It's a very positive situation for us. With last year's results and this season's reinforcements, it's a motivation for us to face Madrid," he claimed.
