Kylian Mbappe is still on everyone's lips with the question of his future still up in the air. The French star is still enjoying his holidays and giving interviews before returning to training with PSG.
Speaking to 'NCI Sports', the striker even spoke about his life plans: "I've lived my whole life in France, but with my son it might be different. If I live in Cameroon, my son will have more affection in Cameroon, but if it's in France, it will be with France. I will not make any decision for him.
Kylian Mbappe did not want to choose between two great African football idols: Didier Drogba and Samuel Eto'o. "People won't understand if I say who I like more out of the two of them. They have won everything at club level. Important people for their country. They are very involved, not only in their football career," he said.
He also showed his respect for the development of football in Africa: "There is a lot of evolution in African football. There used to be a superiority that is no longer there. We saw Morocco in the last World Cup, Tunisia beat us in the group stage... teams with a lot of quality, players from teams all over the world... the level is increasing every year. We are seeing that they have a high level. A lot of respect for these teams.
Finally, Kylian Mbappe expressed his absolute rejection of any racist behaviour at all levels: "We have to do more, we have to find the best formula. In 2023 it is impossible for these things to happen personally to act. The last case was Vinicius, but there are many more. We must not leave the door open to these behaviours".
