Messi less and less likely to renew at PSG
Leo Messi's father and the PSG board met on Tuesday before the match against Bayern Munich and once again spoke about the player's future. At the moment, an agreement has yet to be reached and 'L'Equipe' reports that the idea of him staying is becoming less and less likely.

Leo Messi's future is still up in the air. Even more so after PSG's defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League last 16 first leg at the Parc des Princes. The Argentine does not want to be knocked out at the last 16 stage again.
Until a few weeks, there was plenty of optimism in Paris over Messi as after the World Cup, he was convinced about leaving the club for another year until 2024. At the same time, he was going to turn down multi-million pound offers from the MLS and Saudi Arabia.
However, that agreement has yet to be reached and, according to information from 'L'Equipe', the player's father and the PSG board spoke about the topic before the Bayern game. They did not reach an agreement though.
What is more, the previously cited source says that the former Barcelona man is less and less likely to stay in the French capital. In other words, he could well leave and Messi is reportedly tempted by Inter Miami.
The MLS side also have Sergio Busquets on their radar. The Barca player's contract expires in June 2023 and the club are looking to make a mark in the transfer window.
Messi was already annoyed last year after the elimination at the hands of Real Madrid in a team despite also having Neymar and Mbappe as teammates. Being knocked out in the last 16 again could see Messi pack his bags.
