Leo Messi discussed all the current issues in a joint interview for 'Sport' and 'Mundo Deportivo'. The Argentine star explained his reasons that led him to opt for Inter Miami: "If Barcelona didn't work out, I wanted to leave Europe, get out of the spotlight and think more about my family".
As it could not be otherwise, the media reaction was huge and the first reactions began to arrive. The most surprising was Nick Marsman's opinion, goalkeeper of the North American club, who raised questions about the incorporation of the Argentinian star.
"Personally, I think the club are not ready for Messi's arrival. We have a temporary stadium, people can invade the pitch, we go to the stadium without security. I hope he comes, but I don't think we're ready," he told 'ESPN'.
The Dutch goalkeeper wanted to make an appeal to the highest echelons of the institution, as the former PSG player can attract a lot of fanaticism. Without going any further, ticket prices for the possible debut of the Argentinian star have skyrocketed on online sales platforms. The price of tickets for the match against Cruz Azul on 21st July has reached over 9,000 dollars.
