Alvaro Morata's contract, if Atletico do nothing else, expires in June 2024. In Italy they are very attentive to this situation and, according to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', AC Milan have his name written at the top of the 'Rossoneri' shortlist.

Striker Alvaro Morata has scored 12 goals this season for Atletico Madrid. He has also provided three assists. All this in 35 games. Figures that have led him to be on AC Milan's radar.
'La Gazzetta dello Sport' features the 'Colchonero' player on its front page on Saturday. "The devil tempts Morata," it headlines in reference to the 'Rossoneri' interest.
The Milanese side are looking for reinforcements for their attack and, according to the newspaper, Morata is currently the favourite. The club's top brass believe he is the best option, as his contract expires in 2024 and this would be Atletico's last chance to cash in on his sale if they do not manage to renew him.
The operation, if Atletico decide to sell him, would be around 15 million, according to the Italian newspaper. A figure that, however, seems difficult for the Madrid team to accept, as they refused to let Juventus buy him a year ago for a higher amount.
