Brazilian forward Endrick, who helped Palmeiras win their second consecutive Brazilian league title, said in an interview that his relationship with Real Madrid will "last for years and years".
The 17-year-old will join the Spanish giants when he comes of age. He admitted to having been in contact with his compatriot Vinicius Jr, who also plays for Madrid.
The striker will travel to Spain during the early holidays with his family and girlfriend. He said his aim will be to rest after a youngster under 18 scored at least 10 goals in the Brazilian league.
"Physically it's good for me, and I don't want to know anything about football, I just want to relax," he told reporters. Endrick said he has already started to learn Spanish and has long enjoyed music in that language.
"I knew almost nothing about the language. I liked listening to Spanish songs. Now I'm going to start listening more."
