Neymar congratulates Messi: "Congratulations, bro"

Leo Messi entered footballing history after winning the World Cup in Qatar against France. Argentina beat the French in a penalty shootout after Argentina had gone 2-0 up. However, Kylian Mbappe struck twice late on to level the scores.
In extra-time, Messi put Argentina back in front, but Mbappe's 118th minute penalty completed his hat-trick. Scaloni's men then came through the shootout to win their third World Cup.
Many people congratulated Messi on winning it and one of them was his PSG teammate and friend Neymar. The Brazilian wrote a brief message on social media to congratulate the seven time Ballon d'Or winner: "Congratulations, bro."
The Brazilian captain put his country and Argentina's rivalry to one to congratulate Messi. They have been friends since Neymar arrived at Barcelona from Santos in 2013.
