The Qatari businessman was already planning several transfers to bolster the squad but the Red Devils will not see those moves come to fruition following Sheikh Jassim's retirement.
According to 'The Sun', he would like to sign a world-class striker for their attack and would be willing to negotiate with Paris Saint-Germain for Kylian Mbappe.
The same media outlet reports that Bayern Munich striker Kingsley Coman and Eduardo Camavinga, who plays for Real Madrid, were also on his agenda.
