Nottingham Forest legend Larry Lloyd dies at 75
The English Football Association announced on Thursday 28th March the death of Larry Lloyd. The former footballer was one of the most recognisable faces of the Nottingham Forest side that won the 1979 and 1980 European Cups.

Larry Lloyd, a four-time England international with a notable record while playing for Liverpool and Nottingham Forest as well as former Bristol, Coventry and Wigan, died on Thursday at the age of 75.
The English Football Association announced the death of Lloyd, who won four caps between 1971 and 1980, and sent its condolences to family and friends.
The former Bristol player, who joined Liverpool in 1969 from his hometown club, won league and UEFA Cup titles with the Reds in the 1972/73 campaign and in 1974 joined Coventry City, where he stayed until 1976, when he joined Nottingham Forest in the Championship.
He was promoted to the top flight and was part of the great Nottingham side that won two European Cups (1979 and 1980), one League, two League Cups, one English Super Cup and one European Cup.
