OFFICIAL: Anselmino signs seven-year contract with Chelsea

Aaron Anselmino is already part of the Chelsea squad. The 19-year-old has signed a seven-year contract with the Blues but will have to wait to make his debut at Stamford Bridge.
The centre-back will spend the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Boca Juniors, where he started his professional football career and is playing so far. Chelsea want the youngster to continue his development as a footballer in Argentina.
"Chelsea is pleased to announce the signing of defender Aaron Anselmino, who will spend the 2024/25 season on loan at Boca Juniors," they wrote on their website.
According to reports in England, tyhe two clubs have reached an agreement so that the London outfit could pay Anselmino's $25 million buyout clause and are satisfied with the defender's initial loan deal.
