OFFICIAL: Diaby to play in an Aston Villa shirt next season

Moussa Diaby's future is no longer uncertain. The 24-year-old has decided to continue his professional career in the Premier League. He will play in an Aston Villa shirt next season, the club announced on Saturday.
"The 24-year-old winger joins Villa from Bayer Leverkusen for an undisclosed fee and has already linked up with his new team-mates on their tour of the United States," they wrote on their website.
The French international scored 14 goals and assisted ten times in 48 appearances for Xabi Alonso's side last season. He played for four seasons in the Bundesliga.
Several top clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Newcastle, among others, were also interested in his services. However, Diaby wants to play under Unai Emery next campaign.
