It's the best news that Juventus could have received - the Italian giants have found out that they are to be awarded with the 15 points which were initially taken off them for the 'Prisma Case'.
The Federal Court of Appeals have confirmed that the sanction that they were victim to on the 20th January is to be suspended. Having said that, they have already given back their 15 points, taking the side from 44 to 59 points, thrusting them up to third.
The side are still subject to another hearing, but for now, the fifteen points have been given to the club from Turin, putting them very much back in contention for the Champions League spots.
What's more, the side are now 16 points behind leaders Napoli, and are also three points above Jose Mourinho's Roma in fourth. The announcement from the Italian board comes as perfect preparation for the side's Europa League clash with Sporting CP.
