According to sources close to the deal, the transfer price is €10 million, plus a potential €2 million in bonuses.
Able to play as a right-back, wing-back or even centre-back, Teze (4 caps) came on as a substitute in the first two rounds of the Dutch championship, including this weekend's 3-1 win over Heracles Almelo.
He also started in the Dutch Supercup, which he lost to Feyenoord Rotterdam (4-4, 2-4 on penalties) in the season opener. The defender, who made 189 appearances for PSV, including 45 last season, will be ready for Monaco's trip to Lyon on Saturday (Matchday 2).
His arrival could open the door to the departure of Brazilian right-back Vanderson, whose profile is of interest to a number of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham.
