OFFICIAL: Sancho joins Borussia Dortmund on loan

Manchester United's rumours of Jadon Sancho's departure came to an end when the club confirmed in a statement on Thursday that the winger will join his former club Borussia Dortmund.

After all the rumours of a possible exit, Jadon Sancho, who has been sidelined by Manchester United for his controversial dispute with Red Devils coach Erik Ten Hag, has left the club to join his former club Borussia Dortmund">Borussia Dortmund.
The Old Trafford club released a statement on their official website confirming the move and wishing the winger good luck at his former Bundesliga club.
"Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho has rejoined former club Borussia Dortmund on loan until the end of the season. The 23-year-old spent four seasons with the Bundesliga team from 2017, registering 50 goals and 64 assists, before completing a transfer to Old Trafford in the summer of 2021, read the statement.
The player has made 82 official appearances for Manchester United, scoring 12 goals in all competitions and helping the team win the Carabao Cup in 2023.
Sancho will wear the number 10 on his return to his old team where he dazzled all the big clubs and where he made the Red Devils take notice of him by paying a very high transfer fee for him.
