OFFICIAL: Sterling joins Arsenal on loan from Chelsea

Raheem Sterling has joined Mikel Arteta's Gunners. The England winger lands at Arsenal on a season-long loan from Chelsea and continues his particular circle of joining Big Six sides, having already played for Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.
The arrival of new Blues boss Enzo Maresca at Stamford Bridge has caused a seismic shift in London as the former Leicester boss made it clear which players he was counting on and which he was not.
Sterling was one of these and Chelsea needed to get rid of his wages so they looked for a move before the transfer window closed and that's where the option of Arsenal came up which the player looked favourably on from the outset.
