Midfielder Oliver Torres, whose contract with Sevilla expires on 30 June and who has already said goodbye to the Andalusian club, has reached an agreement to sign for Rayados de Monterrey in Mexico for the next three seasons, sources close to the player have told EFE.
Oliver Torres will join Rayados in June as a free agent, after a five-year spell at Sevilla.
He made 202 official appearances for Sevilla, including two Europa League finals, scoring 11 goals and providing 23 assists.
The 29-year-old from Extremadura will be reunited at the Monterrey club with two old friends: his former Sevilla team-mate Jesus ‘Tecatito’ Corona and the former captain of Real Betis, Sevilla's eternal rivals, Sergio Canales.
