Andre Onana's start to his Manchester United career has been riddled with high-profile errors in the Champions League. His poor performances have cost the Red Devils dearly as they have been eliminated from Europe's top competition, with no chance of playing in another this season.
As a result, the Cameroonian goalkeeper has been heavily criticised by fans in recent weeks as he has struggled to make an impact at his new club after joining from Inter Milan in the summer.
The 27-year-old is aware of his recent blunders and is unhappy with his performances since arriving at Old Trafford. "If I have to speak about my season so far for Manchester United, I am not happy because I know I can do much much better," he told 'Sky Sports'.
"I know I will do it better than what is happening now. We are not facing a good moment. I hope things will change as soon as possible. But listen, you want to tell me in six months the best goalkeeper in the Champions League last season can become the worst in the world? Nah," he continued.
Onana went on to add: "Everything is temporary. I know it'll be alright. If not today, it will be tomorrow, if not tomorrow, the day after tomorrow."
