Only Galatasaray willing to pay for Depay

The January transfer window it just around the corner. They still do not know at the Camp Nou whether they will be able to make signings or not, and they will not know until January, when La Liga update their 'Financial Fair Play' regulations.
Memphis Depay is one of the players who is on the verge of leaving. However, the player himself does not want to go, and the club do not want to let him go on a free either. He would prefer to see out the rest of his contract and leave in June 2023.
Barcelona are going to try and convince him to pack his bags if an offer comes in. According to 'Sport', for now, only Galatasaray seem willing to pay for him.
The Turkish side have been following him for a while, and have supposedly called Barca to make an offer for the Dutchman, which is an offer that the Catalan side are considering.
Despite Memphis refusing to budge, the Catalan paper claim that there coulde be another tug of war between the board and the player over him going, despite it seeming unlikely him leaving. Apparently, Galatasaray is not somewhere he is favourable of going.
