On 29th September, at the Metropolitano, the first Atletico-Real Madrid of the season will take place. A derby that is always a heated one for which both teams are preparing.
'El Larguero' spoke to Koke and asked him about Vinicius. The ‘Merengue’ striker is in the spotlight for recently saying that the 2030 World Cup should change its venue if it does not improve in its fight against racism. Later, at the Reale Arena, he celebrated his goal by shushing the rival fans.
The Atletico captain was asked if he would prefer a more relaxed atmosphere and less debate about the Brazilian. "I prefer not to talk about that," he made clear from the outset.
"Then they say things that I haven't said and they start calling me a lot of things that I haven't said either. I prefer not to talk about it", he stressed.
In fact, he commented that it's not just him who receives bad words when he talks about Vinicius: "They say things to me that I don't deserve, nor do I, nor my family, nor the people around me. I prefer to avoid that question".
