Pep Guardiola's agency denies approach to Bayern

Pep Guardiola has a contract until 2025 with Manchester City and does not intend to break it. In recent weeks, two market reports have been unleashed concerning his future. One, published by 'Relevo', indicated that Girona counterpart Michel Sanchez is the leading candidate to take his place for the 2025-26 season, when his Premier League contract expires. The other has been denied by his own representative agency.
The German press had been speculating, although the option did not get much traction in the rest of the international media, about his possible return to Bayern Munich to replace Thomas Tuchel at the Allianz Arena. 'Tactigrup' contacted 'Sky Sport' in its German branch to rule it out and indicate that, with respect to the Bavarians, he will stay at the Sky Blues.
The text specifies: "Pep has Bayern in his heart, but he does not want to leave Manchester City this summer. He is very happy and has a contract until 2025. Returning to Bayern is not an option". Journalist Kerry Hau echoed the ticker on social media, where reactions from fans of the Champions League semi-final qualifiers were quick to proliferate.
Last season, the Sampedor-born tactician won the long-awaited Champions League title on which the Mancunian club have focused their project, where he has been since July 2016. His time at Bayern lasted from 2013 to 2016 and, although he dominated the Bundesliga, it never extended to Europe, where the coach was left with the 'thorn' of not leading his side to the continental glory that did come in 2020 with Hans Flick.
