Portugal midfielder Vitinha said the Portuguese national team have "things to correct" in order to enter the European Championship in the best shape after Croatia's 2-1 friendly win over Portugal.
The Croatians, who were better than Roberto Martinez's side, who will play their opening game of the European Championship against Spain, had more control of the game and had numerous chances.
For Vitinha, Portugal "lacked control" of the game and acknowledged that the Croatians have "a great team".
Meanwhile, full-back Nelson Semedo explained that they played "a good game" despite his team's defeat. He also referred to the fact that the Portuguese team played a "perfect qualification", which is why he asked the fans for confidence, as, in his opinion, there is "still time to correct mistakes".
