Having qualified for the Champions League semi-final after eliminating Chelsea in the quarter-finals, Real Madrid switch into La Liga mode and will host Celta at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Ancelotti's side will be without Ferland Mendy, who remains sidelined through injury, and David Alaba, who picked up an injury in the second leg against Chelsea and could be out for a few weeks. Ancelotti is also expected to rotate his starting eleven as he looks to rest key players ahead of the Copa del Rey final and the two games against Manchester City in the Champions League.
Celta players Diego Alves and Oscar Mingueza will also miss the game through injury. Meanwhile, Carlos Carvalhal will be without Hugo Mallo, who was sent off in the Galician side's last league game against Mallorca.
Real Madrid possible starting XI: Courtois (GK); Vazquez, Militao, Rudiger, Nacho; Valverde, Tchouameni, Camavinga; Asensio, Rodrygo and Vinicius.
Celta Vigo possible starting XI: Villar (GK); Vazquez, Aidoo, Nunez, Galan; Perez, Veiga, Beltran, De la Torre; Aspas and Paciencia.
