Paris Saint-Germain are expecting to receive a bid from Premier League side Chelsea, as they continue to look for a way to offload Kylian Mbappe this summer before he leaves for free in 2024. The Blues would reportedly offer a player-plus-cash offer for the Frenchman, following a phone call between owner Todd Boehly and PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

Paris Saint-Germain are looking everywhere to find a way to sell Kylian Mbappe before he leaves a free agent in 2024. Having past July 31st without extending his contract, the French international officially no longer has the option to extend to 2025.
While Liverpool have distanced themselves from rumours linking them to the striker, the English press believe another Premier League suitor is waiting in the wings.
According to 'Daily Mail', Chelsea owner Todd Boehly spoke to PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and the outlet reports that now the French champions believe that the Blues are preparing a player-plus-cash offer for the Frenchman.
Like every other club, Chelsea have to operate within the regulations of Financial Fair Play, and having recently been fined €10 million by UEFA, they may be reluctant to put too much money on the table for Mbappe.
'The Independent' also claims that Barcelona are looking to put together a similar offer, although they now look almost certain to lose Ousmane Dembele to the Ligue 1 side.
