PSG target Alonso, but he has sights set on Madrid

Even if Christophe Galtier is still the Paris Saint-Germain manager, his future appears far, far away. The Qatari owners are looking for a successor, but it seems they are having trouble deciding on who.
Thiago Motta, Jose Mourinho, Abel Ferreira and Luis Enrique are thought to be on the club's short list. But a new name has made its way on there this Thursday: Xabi Alonso.
According to 'RMC Sport', the Parisian board have approved the Spanish manager's name, who went to the Bayer Leverkusen dugout last October, and he has done wonders there considering it was his first experience as manager of a top side. Before that, he had had stints at the Real Madrid second side and Real Sociedad.
French media are claiming that first contacts have been made, but making him come won't be easy for several reasons. It's mostly because the ex-Real Madrid defensive midfielder is dreaming on succeeding Carlo Ancelotti at his old club. But also because his current side, who he led to the Europa League semi-finals, are not thinking of letting him go.
