Paris Saint-Germain will earn more than €10 million for next Thursday's friendly in Riyadh against a combination of players from Saudi clubs Al Nassr and Al Hilal, 'L'Equipe' announced on Monday.
What is more, the French club will broadcast the match across different international platforms at a price of €1.99 per user, as well as on the Qatari sports channel 'beIN Sports', according to PSG on their website.
The game has the added interest because of a possible match-up between PSG's Argentine Leo Messi and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who has just signed for Al Nassr.
According to 'L'Equipe', the funds which PSG are to earn for this game are very welcomed by a club who, last season, recorded €370 million losses, a figure which is thought to be similar to the current campaign's.
It is also worth remembering that PSG are paying for their stars to be there (Messi, Neymar and Mbappe) in friendly games, as was the case in the pre-season swing in Japan.
