Bernardo Silva's future at Manchester City is up in the air, and PSG see an opportunity to bring him to Paris. Despite still having two years left on his contract with the treble winners, the Portuguese playmaker does not necessarily feel he has a long-term place with Pep Guardiola's side.

Bernardo Silva has appeared as a bright spot on PSG's radar this summer. The Ligue 1 champions have been very active this summer, already announcing five signings, and now it looks like their attention has been turned to the Premier League.
They are not the first suitors for the Man City midfielder however, as last summer, Barcelona tried to sign the playmaker. The Cityzens didn't want him to leave, and made it ultimately too difficult for the Spaniards to acquire him.
According to 'Marca', Silva would fetch 80 million euros if City decided to sell, a sum which would make most clubs flinch. PSG, however, are no such club, and could likely pay this fee without too much difficulty.
The outlet reports that signing the Portuguese star would help fans move past the saga of Kylian Mbappe, which appears to have reached a high-profile and high-stakes stalemate.
Bernardo Silva however is highly regarded by the Sky Blues, and valued by Pep Guardiola, which saw him make 55 appearances in his sixth season at the Etihad. He was key in City's treble triumphs, so it's unlikely the club will let him go to Paris without a fuss.
