1. Youssoufa Moukoko
Moukoko is a striker for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga, having graduated from the club's development academy after signing in 2016 from another German club FC St Pauli.
The 17-year-old, who was born on November 20, 2004, in Yaounde, Cameroon, arrived in Germany in 2014 and immediately created a name for himself at St Pauli after scoring 23 goals in 13 games.
This season, Moukoko has averaged a goal or assist practically every 70 minutes in the Bundesliga, and his contract status has piqued the interest of big European football clubs.
Blown away by the impressive performance, Liverpool is the most recent club to express interest in Moukoko, who should be able to initiate negotiations with international clubs in January 2023.

2. Frenkie De Jong
The 25-year-old was hotly tipped to leave the Nou Camp during the summer transfer window and was persistently linked to Manchester United, but the deal never happened.
Despite Catalan giants and manager Xavi insisting that the Dutch international is a crucial player for them, he has only made six starts in all competitions, with youngsters Gavi and Pedri favored in midfield with Sergio Busquets.
According to ESPN's Rob Dawson and James Olley, De Jong's lack of regular starts, as well as Barcelona's troubles in the UEFA Champions League, could indicate a January transfer.
They report that Liverpool has already contacted the player's representation about a prospective transfer and that the Reds are ahead of Chelsea and Manchester United in the race.
3. Antonio Silva
Liverpool's team needs to be strengthened in the transfer market. Last season, the current squad came close to capturing at least four major championships. However, there has been a noticeable dip in their efforts since the start of the current season.
This season, the 18-year-old Antonio Silva has made his debut for Benfica's first team, appearing on seven occasions in the league and four times in the Champions League.
According to a recent rumour, Manchester United sent scouts to observe Silva play against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League earlier this month.
The Red Devils are interested in signing the teenager, although they will face competition from Liverpool who are also keen on signing Silva.
4. Stanislav Lobotka
Liverpool's season hasn't gotten off to a great start. With only four wins in their first 11 games, they are now 8th in the league and are keen on making changes by strengthening their squad.
Tutto Mercato editor Andrea Losapio reports that Liverpool is considering a move for Stanislav Lobotka of Napoli, a defensive midfielder.
Jurgen Klopp and his scouting staff have been impressed by the 27-year-old’s achievements at club and international levels since joining Naples from Celta Vigo for £18.9 million.
5. Jude Bellingham
Bellingham has risen to become one of Europe's most sought-after players. The 19-year-old has now scored eight goals this season across all leagues, including four in the Champions League.
Bellingham's abilities are well known to be admired by Liverpool, and rumours persist that a transfer may take place at the end of the current campaign. However, it has also been reported that other teams, like Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Chelsea, are interested in the midfielder.
