'Record' reports that Sporting Lisbon will meet with Pedro Porro at the beginning of 2023 to talk about his situation. He has a contract until 2025 and the board would reportedly be happy to sell him for a fee which is close to 45 million euros. That is his buyout clause. The Portuguese paper lists Real Madrid, Barcelona, Tottenham and Juventus as his main suitors.

Pedro Porro has been important at Sporting CP, the club where he has managed to get back to his best. He did not form part of Luis Enrique's squad for the Qatar World Cup, but his talent did not go unnoticed by the scouting teams from the top leagues. Experts from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus are alert to him.
'Record' mentions all of them in a report which indicates that members of the club's board will meet with him at the beginning of 2023 to speak about his future. He has a contract until 2025, so there is more than enough time for the club to make a decision on him. They will inform them that they will accept an offer which is around 45 million euros, his buyout clause.
The four main suitors are in good financial health to put this money on the table, but it is worth bearing in mind that that is worth more than double his current market value, 22.1 million euros. There are teams like Madrid who are working very hard to make sure they do not suffer financial problems which other clubs have suffered.
Therefore, it is unlikely there will be a big money offer for Pedro Porro. What plays in Sporting's favour is that, after all, the Spaniard still has three years left on his contract. It is understandable and logical that they will not let him leaave unless it is for a large amount of money. Furthermore, he is proving to be one of the most important players in Ruben Amorim's team.
