Real Madrid 'didn't deserve to win', says Ancelotti

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said on Saturday after his side's 2-0 win over Real Sociedad that it was "a complicated game" and that they "probably didn't deserve to win".
"We suffered. It's something I value a lot against teams of such quality", said the Italian, who admitted that “the team is not at 100%", which is normal with so many players out, although individually there are players who have improved a lot.
"We have to be self-critical to improve. This game is a great opportunity to assess what didn't go well despite taking the three points," he added.
Kylian Mbappe was on target once again, scoring from the penalty spot, and he played a part that Ancelotti seems to have been convinced by, seeing him "fresher and more active, as well as having improved" since he arrived.
The other goal of the game, also from the penalty spot, was netted by Vinicius, followed by a celebration in which he shushed the stands at the Reale Arena, something the coach did not comment on.
