Juventus stumbled this weekend in their match against Genoa, where they were held to a goalless draw, losing second place in the standings. The match ended 0-0 and also led to the sending off of key striker Dusan Vlahovic.
The striker, out of frustration, committed a foul and was shown a yellow card. The Serbian felt that the referee was wrong, so he continued to protest and earned himself a second booking, leaving his team a man down and, worse still, unavailable for the next game.
However, as reported by 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', this did not please Juventus, who are willing to punish their player. In fact, the said media explained that the 'Vecchia Signora' will fine the Serbian with 5% of his gross salary for a month, which comes to an amount close to 70,000 euros.
Juventus' next opponent is Lazio and Allegri will not be able to count on the injured Milik. This will be aggravated by the fact that Vlahovic's suspension will mean that he will not be able to use his two most reliable strikers.
