Ronaldo keeps scoring for fun: second hat trick in the space of 72 hours
Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr thrashed Abha 8-0 with a superb display from the Portuguese, who scored a hat trick before being substituted at half-time.

With two goals in 22 minutes and another later, Cristiano Ronaldo fired Al Nassr, second in the Saudi Premier League, to an 8-0 win over second-bottom Abha to take his tally to 36 goals in 35 matches this season, eight in his team's four most recent official matches.
As Euro 2024 looms, the 39-year-old Portuguese superstar's last, and he assumes an undisputed role in Roberto Martinez's Portuguese national team, following the controversy in Qatar with Fernando Santos, Cristiano has been scoring goals for the Saudi side in recent times: in his last 17 official matches, he has scored in 13 of them.
The last three on Tuesday. First he opened the scoring in the 11th minute with the 0-1 and then extended the lead in the 22nd minute with the 0-2, in Al Nassr's starting eleven, alongside goalkeeper David Ospina, centre-back Aymeric Laporte, full-back Alex Telles and forward Sadio Mane, who extended the lead in the 33rd minute with the 0-3.
The hosts' fourth goal, in the 42nd minute, also came from the former Madrid man, who assisted Abdulmajeed Al Sulayhim's 0-5 on the stroke of half-time.
