Saliba urges Arsenal to bounce back after Newcastle loss
Arsenal defender William Saliba said that the Gunners did not deserve to win against Newcastle on Saturday, as he claims Arsenal still have time to rekindle their season in their upcoming Champions League clash against Inter.

With their latest defeat at the St. James' Park, Arsenal are now winless in three consecutive Premier League matches. Defender William Saliba spoke on the Gunners' disappointing game, as he returned to league action after picking up a suspension against Liverpool.
“We are a bit sad because we wanted to win here today. Unfortunately we didn’t because I don’t think we played our best game," said the Frenchman. "But we have to stick together and be ready for next week. Maybe we deserved a point, but I do not think we deserved to win today. They had one chance and they scored. We were on top trying to equalise, but I think we have to do better."
But Saliba is ready to turn page, as he sets his sight on Arsenal's upcoming Champions League clash against Inter on Wednesday. “The game is finished and we have to be focused on what’s coming. When you lose, there’s not a lot of positive things, but it’s okay, we don’t have to be so sad," he said. "Next week, we have two big games to come back with the win. I think we will do it if we give everything.
The 23-year-old claimed that a win at the San Siro will help the Gunners to gain back their confidence after a disappointing run of fixtures in October. “(Inter is) a big game. If we win, we have the confidence back and we have to do it. We all want to play big games like these”.
