Kun Aguero, who would probably have been in the Argentina squad for the World Cup if he did not have to retire early because of his heart problems, was another one who joined the celebrations in Scaloni's side. He went shoulder-to-shoulder with Leo Messi, lifted the trophy, got emotional as the match went on, sung with his fellow Argentines and was all together part of the celebrations.

Sergio Aguero is also a World Cup champion. Leo Messi's forever roommate, with who he also shared his room the evening before the final, joined in the celebrations when Lionel Scaloni's men got their hands on the trophy. The ex-Barcelona and Manchester City man would probably have been part of the squad if it were not for the heart problems which forced him to retire.
After the win against France, the ex-player was on the ptich with his fellow Argentines. He is the one who put Messi on his shoulders when he had the trophy he had been fighting his whole life for in his hands, therefore, in a certain way, his image will go down in the sport's history, as he was part of one of the most legendary moments of all time, as if his career was not enough to convince of that.
During the game, which was a roller-coaster of emotions leading to a penalty shoot-out, he was very active on social media, even insulting Eduardo Camavinga. It was clearly a joke, as it was done in a tone which his followers are all too familiar with after he has made a name for himself on platforms such as Twitch, where he has become one of the most successful 'streamers'.
By being at the World Cup, Aguero completed a world-class journey. Even though he was not able to fight for the trophy on the pitch, he was supporting a side which he used to be an integral figure of unconditionally from the stands. His ex-teammates treated him as one of their own despite being already retired, and Argentina were happy to see him on the pitch, part of the celebrations.
