Sergio Conceicao leaves Porto

Porto have announced through their social networks the departure of Sergio Conceicao from the club. The Portuguese coach leaves the Porto bench after 7 seasons and 11 titles: 3 Leagues, 4 Cups, 1 League Cup and 3 Super Cups.
Sergio Conceicao has left everything closed with the club to finish his contract. The man from Coimbra had an agreement with the ‘Dragoes’ until June 2028, but it was already clear that he would not continue after this season.
Meanwhile, many teams have been linked with the Portuguese coach. Olympique Marseille seem to be the best placed to acquire his services, as, according to ‘L'Equipe’, Conceicao is considering their offer.
On another note, among the many candidates for the FC Barcelona bench until the arrival of Hansi Flick, the Portuguese was one of the options that sounded in the Catalan press. Finally, he will not be coaching in the Spanish league.
