Chelsea take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League matchday 24 fixture at Selhurst Park on Monday. The Blues will continue to look for a reaction after beating Aston Villa 3-1 in the FA Cup on Wednesday.
The pressure is still mounting on manager Mauricio Pochettino despite Wednesday's win as they lost 2-4 to Wolves in their last Premier League encounter at Stamford Bridge.
The London side will be hoping to give the fans another cheer in their next game. In the meantime, they are recovering several players who were injured. However, some are not yet fully recovered.
Chelsea announced on Friday morning that seven players will miss the game against Crystal Palace through injury. First-choice goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is already close to returning to action but still needs more time to train with his teammates.
Benoit Badiashile will be unavailable as he was injured in the Blues' last game against Unai Emery's men and the extent of his injury is still unknown. Elsewhere, Marc Cucurella, Wesley Fofana, Reece James, Romeo Lavia and Lesley Ugochukwu are still undergoing rehabilitation programmes.
