Sevilla confident of signing Ansu Fati

Ansu Fati will once again be one of the players in the spotlight this summer. A year ago, there was speculation that he would leave in July and August until he ended up on loan at Brighton in the final stretch of the market. The young Barcelona gem was once again plagued by injuries and a low level of confidence.
His future at the Catalan club is uncertain and although Flick's arrival on the bench could open the door for him to stay in the squad, the board are not convinced. Meanwhile, Sevilla are still on the lookout to secure the player's services. According to 'Sport', the Andalusian side are confident that the transfer will go through.
The pre-season is set to be the touchstone for the striker's future. So far, the only thing that is clear is that he will be under the orders of the German coach and unless he performs spectacularly, he is still very likely to leave because of the competition in his position.
The seven-time Europa League champions know that this will not be a straightforward or short-term deal, but they are willing to wait.
They have reportedly already sent a loan offer with an option to buy to the player and his inner circle. Coach Garcia Pimienta is confident that he can bring back the best version of Ansu Fati and make him the star of the new Sevilla.
