We are in the final stretch of the summer transfer window and clubs have almost finalised their squads for next season, but there are still players who remain as free agents and are looking for a new club, De Gea, Martial, Rabiot, Matip, Hummels and Depay among them.

The summer transfer window is still open and is reaching its last stage. We are heading into the last month that clubs have to make moves to complete their squads for next season.
After the high prices that are being paid in the market these years, one of the most attractive options are the players who remain as free agents of which we are going to make a list of the six players who are without a team and who will not be short of offers.
Spain's David de Gea spent all of last season as a free agent after leaving Manchester United at the end of his 12th year with the Red Devils. There was no shortage of offers, but De Gea wanted to play at the highest possible level, so the options of Saudi Arabia and Nottingham Forest did not suit him.
The 33-year-old stayed in England and trained alone at English Premier League side Altrincham to prepare for a return to the world of football. The former Atletico goalkeeper has reminded everyone of his talent on Instagram and says he is "ready to rock", but has yet to sign for a club, despite recent rumours linking him with Genoa.

Martial is another case like David de Gea, the Frenchman spent a long spell at Manchester United, about nine years to be specific, but the French striker will not be remembered as fondly at Old Trafford as the goalkeeper. Injuries were a big problem in Martial's latter stages with the Red Devils, but he was never really up to scratch.
Combined with an unsuccessful loan spell at Sevilla, this could explain why the 28-year-old striker is still waiting for his next destination. Martial is still young, and if he can get back to fitness, he would be a great addition for most teams in Europe. A return to Ligue 1 seems a good option for a man with 30 caps for France.

Rabiot is the third on this list, the midfielder who was part of the French national team with an important role at the European Championships is aiming to find another challenge at a top European club this summer. Having excelled at PSG he moved to Italy and after five seasons in Serie A with Juventus is on the hunt for a club.
The 29-year-old has been continually linked with Manchester United and has never questioned his ability, but his attitude has occasionally been cited as a potential cause for concern.

Matip joined the Liverpool ranks in 2016 on a free transfer, in the same form that he left Anfield this past season. The defender showed he was a great asset to the Reds, but made just 14 appearances last season following a cruciate ligament injury last December. Since that setback the defender has not played and his fitness is unknown, yet clubs such as Bayer Leverkusen have shown interest in the 32-year-old.

Hummels, 35, ended his second spell at Borussia Dortmund">Borussia Dortmund last season with a great regular season and reached the Champions League final with the German club, which they lost to Real Madrid.
The defender played 12 and a half years at Borussia Dortmund, with a spell at Bayern Munich in between, and has five Bundesliga titles to his name. He was also capped 78 times for his country Germany, so it is not surprising that Spanish and Italian clubs are interested in him playing outside Germany for the first time in his career.

Memphis Depay is one of the most attractive players on this list as he is a player with a lot of quality who ensures goals for the team he plays for. After leaving Atletico Madrid last season and helping the Netherlands reach the semis at this summer's European Championship, the player has been on holiday and hopes to decide on his future soon.
A striker who at the age of 30 has been capped 98 times by the Oranjes and who will not be short of offers despite not having been very consistent in his time in La Liga. After an exceptional season with Lyon in Ligue 1 that put his disappointing performance at Manchester United behind him, Barca set their sights on him, but his time at the Azulgrana club failed to make an impact and at Atletico he has hardly enjoyed the confidence of Simeone.
