Stellar Salah fires Liverpool past Brentford
Liverpool climbed to third place in the Premier League table after claiming a 3-0 win over Brentford at Anfield on Sunday.
Liverpool took advantage of Tottenham's slip at Molineux Stadium to climb to third in the Premier League table after beating Brentford 3-0 at Anfield. Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah stole the show by scoring the opening goal for Klopp's side before doubling the Reds' lead in the second half. Diogo Jota rounded off the home side's victory by adding a third. Brentford tried to pull one back late on but a solid display from the Reds defence denied them.
