Tchouameni and Carvajal out, Mario Martin and Arribas in squad for derby

Real Madrid will take on Atletico Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu on Thursday in the Copa del Rey quarter-final clash. Carlo Ancelotti will have a lot of players out for that game, especially in defence and in midfield.
The Italian coach confirmed the list of players in the squad for the derby. The surprise is in the return of David Alaba, although his teammates Aurelien Tchouameni, Lucas Vazquez and Dani Carvajal will remain out. On the other hand, it is worth highlighting the presence of two academy players.
They are Mario Martin and Sergio Arribas, who will be on the bench in search for an opportunity. The second of those has already been seen in the odd Real Madrid game when Zidane was in charge. Apart from that, there are no surprises.
Benzema, Asensio, Vinicius, Rodrygo and Mariano are in attack. The question is who will be on the right flank, whether it will be the former Santos man or Asensio. Both teams are fighting for a place in the semi-finals.
