The German goalkeeper spoke in an interview about the long-awaited start for Germany after the retirement of Manuel Neuer. He also commented on his current situation with Barcelona, where he feels very comfortable and still has years left on his contract, until 2028 to be precise.
“I am very, very happy at Barca. Future? We will see, but fundamentally, I am very, very satisfied at the moment with my contractual situation and with the club where I have been active for more than a decade now," said Ter Stegen.
"My family is happy in Catalonia. I'm just looking forward to the season, that's where my focus is. You never know what will happen in the future, concluded the former Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper.
